Well, not today…

I was going to write a lengthy, humorous post on time management today…and will…another day. But this ache in the back of my throat ain’t getting better. And Colorado is tops right now in flu cases. And I don’t get flu shots. And I’m feeling progressively crappier (is that a grammatically correct phrase? Wow, I’m really not feeling well if I can’t figure out the grammar).

So I’m calling it a day, computer-wise, and am going to go rest. Before this niggling little ache in my throat and head and overall tiredness ramps up into what I’ve been watching others suffer.

  1. Get your husband to make you a mug of Lea’s cold-fighting tea. Pronto.

    Here’s the recipe.

    Feel better sweetie!

  2. Feel better soon.

  3. Oh NO!!! Feel better!!! Rest up!

  4. I don’t get flu shots either! So far so good this winter…not even the sniffles. I’m like a ticking time bomb! ha ha Hope you feel better soon. If it gets too bad, shoot me an email and I will show up with Starbucks and chicken soup!

  5. No flu shot here either!

Echinacea with goldenseal combo, and Chinese cough medicine “Nin jiom pei pa koa” available at any drugstore, tastes delicious and works like a dream.

Oh and take your vitamins, wash your hands and use alcohol-based sanitizers.

    Take care,

    Kat

  7. Get better soon!

  8. I never got the flu shot until I saw Dr. Mike get the flu and then end up with pneumonia. Ugly ugly stuff. Now I get the shot (well, the flu-mist) every fall.
Hope this turned out to be just a cold for you. 😉
