A note on rhubarb…

All of you who left comments that you love rhubarb, etc….be very glad I don’t have your addresses. Some people kick ass and take names, I harvest rhubarb and take names. And then leave it on your front porch in the dead of night. Just sayin’.

  1. I found that freezing rhubarb made my pies MUCH too running as freezing absorbs moister and the water in the rhubard makes it much too running for pies.
